2. Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you still wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

1. Eligible Cancellations

  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

2. Ineligible Cancellations

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will not be eligible for a refund under the cancellation policy.
